Educating & Ensuring Social Security Benefits for all working citizens.
Work-Study Students
The Federated States of Micronesia Social Security Administration (FSMSSA) is proud to reaffirm its commitment to supporting students through the work-study program. Over the years, FSMSSA has welcomed student workers into its offices, providing them with valuable opportunities to gain professional experience while pursuing their education. Looking ahead, FSMSSA is committed to hosting even more work-study students now and into the future.
FSMSSA strongly believes that work-study programs play a vital role in a student’s growth and development. Gaining real-world work experience while in school equips students with practical skills that complement their academic learning. It helps them build confidence, improve communication and teamwork abilities, and understand the responsibilities that come with a professional workplace. These experiences also provide students with a head start in their careers by allowing them to apply classroom knowledge to real-life situations.
FSMSSA extends its appreciation to all past and present work-study students and looks forward to welcoming more in the years to come. Together, we build experience, confidence, and a stronger future for the Federated States of Micronesia.
